This newly created role will be instrumental in driving our global product function, from conceptualisation to high-quality production, while fostering a culture of design innovation and excellence within our team.The ideal candidate will be a hands-on leader, an integrator, capable of not only designing and developing products but also of nurturing a fun, cohesive team culture. As a part of the Leadership Team, the Head of Product will play a pivotal role in elevating DHaRCO's product offerings and market presence.Location:The role will be at DHaRCO's Terrey Hills office, with some work-from-home flexibility and a fun working environment. We also offer some exciting opportunities to travel to events and overseas destinations, all while making a meaningful impact in the fast-growing world of outdoor apparel.Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, and production of DHaRCO's global product range, ensuring uncompromising quality and brand integrity.
• Cultivate a high-performing team, fostering collaboration, creativity, and a shared commitment to excellence.
• Be at the forefront of emerging trends and consumer preferences.
• Drive strategic expansion into complementary product categories - such as outerwear, protection, helmets, shoes, and casual wear.
• Oversee the swift execution and delivery of new product concepts, maintaining agility and adaptability in a rapidly evolving market.
• Champion the DHaRCO brand ethos of inspiring people to live 'no ordinary life,' infusing every product with a sense of adventure and authenticity.
• Following and driving company processes of meeting cadence, KPI reporting and tracking.
• Communicate internally with other stakeholders to ensure the Product Team works in synergy with all other areas of the business.Qualifications:
• Proven experience in product development, with a track record of success in expanding product lines and driving innovation.
• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and empower team members to reach their full potential.
• A keen eye for emerging trends and market insights, coupled with the agility to pivot strategies accordingly.
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, enabling seamless coordination across cross-functional teams.
• End to end experience in technical or fashion led product management - developing products from concept, design, tech packs to factory management and production.
