Job Description:
OverviewWhat You Will DoAs the Senior Scheduler, your primary
responsibility is to develop and manage comprehensive schedules for
construction projects. You will collaborate with various
departments, project managers, and subcontractors to ensure
efficient resource allocation, timely project completion, and
adherence to deadlines. This role will require a strong
understanding of procurement, supply chain, logistics, construction
processes, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to
navigate complex project timelines.Who is GeoStabilization

any geologic setting.ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities:Analyze and
evaluate scheduling needs for various Construction ProjectsEnsure
efficient use of resources and optimize scheduling
processesCommunicate effectively with team members to confirm
availability and resolve conflictsMonitor and adjust schedules as
needed to accommodate changes or emergenciesMaintain accurate
records of schedulesReconcile project information using system
outputs and scheduling meetingsGenerate and update reports to track
efficienciesData management duties include ensuring timely and
accurate transmission of data between our ERP systems for drill
inventory, crew counts, job completion information and schedule
date changes, daily updates of the master, detailed crew and
equipment schedulesTranslate projected forecasts, incoming volume,
and capacities into a production plan with a time-phased
scheduleWork with customer base to determine weekly inbound
forecast and develop consumption models to improve
accuracyEstablish key performance indicators of forecast accuracy,
ensure the interaction of a firm's functional managers, track and
maintain the forecast through timely and accurate feedbackAssemble
master schedule reporting regarding performance to the business
plan and demand planProvide input to finance on operating plans for
the sales and operations planningCoordinate information with other
functional staff, including project management, engineering,
accounting, and human resourcesEstablish reporting to determine
labor and productivity performance
statisticsQualificationsExperience:Proven experience in scheduling
or related fieldExperience in construction, logistics, procurement,
supply chain and compliance strongly preferredStrong analytical
skills to analyze and assess scheduling needsExcellent time
management and organizational skillsAttention to detail to ensure
accuracy in schedulingEffective communication skills to coordinate
with team membersProficient in using scheduling software tools, as
well as new trend software tools to streamline existing
processesSalary range: $97,800 - $115,100 per year, with
eligibility for a yearly bonus as wellThis is a hybrid position
based out of our Westminster, Colorado office. Our in-office days
are Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday with other days available for
