Job Description:
A company is looking for a Region Manager, Pharmacy
Reimbursement in California.
Key Responsibilities
Develop strategic initiatives to optimize pharmacy resource
utilization and financial performance
Serve as a liaison in revenue cycle management, focusing on cash
flow optimization and patient assistance programs
Manage a team of revenue cycle coordinators and specialists to
enhance pharmacy-related programs and partnerships
Required Qualifications
B.S. or Doctor of Pharmacy degree from an accredited school of
pharmacy
Five years of progressively responsible health system management
experience in a pharmacy setting
Active California State Pharmacist License in good standing
ASHP Certificate in Pharmacy Revenue Cycle is preferred
Knowledge of federal and state regulatory requirements related to
pharmaceutical services
