Qualifications
--- Must have and maintain an active, unencumbered LPN license
--- Current CPR certification (with hands-on component)
--- TB skin test -2 step (current within last 12 months)
--- One year prior hands-on nursing experience
--- Must have reliable transportation
--- Demonstrated proficiency in clinical assessments, documentation and compliance with nursing care and policies and procedures
