This position will report to the AMH Division HR Leader.

  • Provide HR solutions support, process knowledge advice and consultation to BU and/or line management
    • Act as a catalyst for change; guides and directs organizational design, development and change management solutions.
      • Ensure all divisional and corporate HR programs and initiatives (annual programs, new programs/policies, etc.) are communicated and implemented
        • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition Center of Excellence partners to execute and implement staffing requirements
          • Participate in HR continuous improvement projects and initiatives
            • Utilize data to solve complex business issues and provide recommendations to senior leaders
              • Communicate complex information in an understandable, organized, concise manner
                • Coach management team on leadership and HR issues including application of HR policies and processes, restructuring, complex employee issues.
                  • Conduct employee relations investigations and bring to resolution Traits we believe make a strong candidate:
                    • 8+ years of Human Resources experience (preferably in a manufacturing environment)
                      • Ability to innovate and willing to challenge the status quo
                        • Proven experience leading and supporting change management initiatives
                          • Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interface with all levels of the organization
                            • Proven analytical capabilities
                              • Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality, work independently, multi-task, and follow up on projects and issues
                                • Proven project and time management skills with ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
                                  • Strong knowledge and understanding of US labor and employment law
                                    • Ability to work independently
                                      • Self-motivated and bias for action
                                        • Ability to quickly adapt to changing business needs

                                            • Salary in the $115,000K-135,000K/year range with actual pay dependent on candidate overall skills for the role.
