Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior UX Designer to lead service
design initiatives in healthcare.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct strategic research to assess existing solutions and
identify user needs
Collaborate on best practices for design and research operations
across teams
Advocate for a user-centric culture and contribute to the company's
HCD community of practice
Required Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as UX design, computer
science, or engineering
Seven or more years of related experience in digital transformation
and customer experience initiatives
Experience working in an agile environment
Experience with UX for data-sensitive products
Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and
stakeholders
