Job Description:
A company is looking for a DevOps Team Lead to guide their
DevOps team in efficient software delivery and infrastructure
management.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the DevOps team and ensure collaboration across development,
QA, and operations
Oversee CI/CD pipeline implementation and identify automation
opportunities
Manage and optimize cloud infrastructure and implement security
best practices
Required Qualifications:
At least 5+ years of experience in DevOps, with 2+ years in a
leadership role
Expertise in cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and
infrastructure management
Strong experience with CI/CD tools and automation frameworks
Proficiency in monitoring tools and incident response practices
Solid understanding of security best practices and compliance
standards
