WHAT TO EXPECT As an innovation leader, we look for ambitious, forward-thinking, open-minded and well-rounded individuals to join our global team. Located in our Denver, CO office, this role will report to executive leaders in Treasury and Tax and the direct reports for those departments.
Key responsibilities (to name a few):

  • Act as the gatekeeper and administrative support for the Treasury and Tax departments.
  • Responsible for preparing and timely filing approximately 84 annual reports for various states due throughout the year.
  • Execute department purchasing activities.
  • Build and maintain databases either created by this role or by others (e.g., Bank Mandates, User entitlements, shared drives).
  • Schedule travel plans, compile and reconcile receipts related to travel via Concur.
  • Coordinate approval of expenses prior to sending to accounts payable.
  • Provide administration of certain systems.
  • Work independently and within a team on special and ongoing projects.
  • Acts as a project manager for special projects which may include: planning and coordinating multiple presentations, disseminating information and organizing events. Execute special or ad hoc projects as needed.
    ABOUT YOU
  • 4+ years' experience supporting executives in roles with progressive responsibility.
  • Demonstrated high level of integrity and discretion along with a high level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations.
  • Handle confidential and non-routine information.
  • Maintain high level of professionalism at all times.
  • Must have knowledge of a variety of computer software applications in word processing, spreadsheets, database, and presentation software (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio).
  • Strong team player: proactively able to step in to support other team members as needed, builds collaborative relationships.
  • Able to work well under pressure, effectively handles conflict and demonstrates flexibility in work style to accommodate changing priorities and fixed deadlines.
  • Demonstrated ability to interact and communicate with internal and external business partners.
  • Demonstrated ability to interpret data and provide meaningful information to management.
  • Self-motivated, able to make decisions without guidance, capable of seeking quality solutions and continuously focusing on process improvements, while keeping the needs of the business in the forefront.
  • Demonstrated ability to juggle multiple competing tasks and demands.
  • High level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations. Position continually requires demonstrated poise, tact, and diplomacy.
  • Excited to work in the office with great teammates.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship.
    PAY & BENEFITS
  • Full-Time
  • Hourly Rate: $25.00 - $30.00
  • Relocation is not provided
  • Medical, Dental, Vision insurance, and other voluntary benefit options: benefits begin on the first day of the month immediately following your date of hire.
  • Eligible for 3 weeks of paid vacation + 11 holidays (9 scheduled & 2 floating) + 8 sick days. All vacation days are accrued.
  • 401(k): 3% company contribution and an additional 3% company match.
