Job Description:

Per diem / prn nursing job in Denver, Colorado for a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to perform home health and senior living visits with a flexible schedule and competitive pay.

• Territory: south of I-70, including Denver metro, Aurora, Littleton, Centennial, Parker, Castle Pines, Castle Rock.
• Prior or current home health/visits experience required.
• Weekend rotation required for all RNs.
• Must be available to attend orientation for one full week.We believe our clients and their families deserve the highest quality home health care delivered with compassion, excellence, and reliability.   • Follow a designated care plan in accordance with patient's needs
  • Make home visits to clients in designated geographic territories
  • Perform assigned duties, including administration of medication, wound care, treatments, and procedures
  • Monitor clients' conditions; reporting changes to Clinical or Client Services Manager
  • Follow up with, execute, and properly document doctors' orders
  • Perform client assessments as necessary
  • Case management and coordination
  • Accurately document observations, interventions, and evaluations pertaining to client care management and services provided
    • A current license as a Registered Nurse in Colorado.
    • Prior or current home health/visits experience.
    • Prior experience completing OASIS documentation.
