Job Description:
A company is looking for a Sr. Client Advocate to manage complex
client inquiries and service requests.
Key Responsibilities:
Facilitate resolution of client inquiries and issues, ensuring
client satisfaction
Coordinate special requests and collaborate with internal teams for
effective service delivery
Analyze trends and drive continuous improvements in client service
processes
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education:
5+ years of client service experience, especially with large,
complex accounts
Proficient in group benefits products, including Short-Term and
Long-Term Disability
Experience with Salesforce and Microsoft Office tools
College degree preferred
Strong knowledge of Absence Management products and related
laws
