Job Description:
A company is looking for a Customer Success Advocate to provide
exceptional support and build relationships with users.
Key Responsibilities
Provide timely and empathetic support to users through various
communication channels
Collaborate with the product team to relay user feedback and
contribute to product improvements
Conduct sales calls and follow-ups to engage potential customers
and convert inquiries into sales
Required Qualifications
2+ years experience in customer support, community management, or a
similar role
Previous experience with sales
Experience with Intercom
Experience working with multiple cross-functional teams
Experience hosting webinars and/or group sessions
