Job Description:
A company is looking for a Customer Services Rep 1 to resolve
patient healthcare accounts through payment negotiations.
Key Responsibilities
Negotiate payment plans with customers via inbound and outbound
calls
Maintain a 96% quality score through superior customer service and
accurate documentation
Support compliance with HIPAA and other applicable laws while
handling patient information
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or GED
At least one year of experience in healthcare customer service or a
relevant certification/degree
Six months of experience in a high-volume call environment
Experience with accessing multiple databases simultaneously
Ability to work second shift between 8:30 AM ET and 5 PM ET
