Job Description:
A company is looking for a Sr. Loan Officer.
Key Responsibilities
Builds rapport and leverages customer relationships to meet and
exceed borrower expectations
Analyzes customers' financial situations and advises on appropriate
loan products
Handles multiple live inbound leads, locks loans, and submits
initial loan packages
Required Qualifications
2+ years of full-time loan origination experience, preferably in a
call center environment
Strong desire to succeed in a sales environment
Ability to accurately structure and price loans
Complete knowledge of conventional and government loan programs
Current NMLS license
