Job Description:
A company is looking for a Call Support Specialist to join their
team remotely.
Key Responsibilities
Handle a high volume of incoming calls to support senior customer
support team members
Ensure customers receive excellent service by efficiently solving
issues
Work remotely with flexibility, preferably within the Central Time
Zone
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a high-volume call center or
customer service role, preferably in healthcare
Positive attitude focused on customer satisfaction
Ability to remain calm under pressure
Experience with Mac software is required; familiarity with TalkDesk
and Slack is a plus
Tech-savvy and comfortable navigating multiple systems and
screens
