Job Description:
A company is looking for an FP&A Business Partner to drive
financial performance and strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with business leaders on financial planning and
forecasting
Own budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring alignment with
organizational goals
Conduct financial analysis and present reports to senior
management
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration,
or a related field; MBA or CPA is a plus
5+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis,
preferably in the tech industry
Proficiency in financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting
techniques
Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex data
Familiarity with financial software and tools (e.g., Excel, ERP
systems, BI tools)
