Job Description:
Quality Assurance Technician: As a Quality Assurance Technician,
you will play a crucial role in maintaining the integrity and
quality of our products. Your attention to detail and commitment to
excellence will help ensure our processes meet regulatory standards
and customer expectations.Position details:Perform in-process and
finished product lot acceptance sampling and inspection to ensure
compliance with quality standards.Conduct label printing and
issuance, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.Support
the Sales Team by managing the labeling process and creating
product samples for marketing trade shows.Encode CUBIX and RFID
labels for inventory tracking and management.Collaborate with
cross-functional teams to address quality-related issues and
improve processes.Assist in the documentation and reporting of
quality metrics and trends to support continuous improvement
efforts.Participate in audits and inspections as required, ensuring
all quality documentation is up to date and accurate.Provide
training and support to team members on quality assurance practices
and procedures.Position requirements: Excellent interpersonal and
communication skills, both verbal and written.Strong sense of
responsibility and ability to act on initiative.Exceptional
self-management, organizational, and planning skills;
detail-oriented.Proven ability to adhere to strict deadlines and
established procedures.High school diploma or equivalent required;
further education in a related field is a plus.Hands-on approach
with a "can-do" attitude and willingness to learn.Ability to adapt
to changing business needs and processes fluidly.Knowledge and
experience in Quality Assurance/Quality Control preferred.Ability
to lift up to 30 lbs and stand for extended periods when
required.Must pass an eye exam confirming 20/20 near vision
(corrected or uncorrected) and demonstrate the ability to
accurately perceive colors.Schedule/pay:3rd shift - Mondau -
Friday, 11pm-7:30 am - $22/hour + $2/hour shift diff = $24
