Job Description:

A company is looking for an IT Service Desk Specialist - Weekend Night Shift.

Key Responsibilities

Resolve incidents and complex work orders for IT users remotely
Assist Incident Management and the EOC with notifications and resolutions during outages
Follow documented steps and training to resolve work orders

Required Qualifications

High school diploma or GED is required
1 year of service desk experience
Must be eligible to work in the United States without a work visa or residency sponsorship
