A company is looking for a Temp Call Center Representative
(Remote).
Key Responsibilities
Answer incoming calls to resolve customer issues and provide
information on products and services
Utilize judgment to offer solutions and manage customer
relationships effectively
Complete after-call support functions and identify customer trends
for escalation
Required Qualifications
2+ years of interactive customer service experience
Fluent in English; bilingual in English and French preferred
Strong computer navigation skills with a minimum typing speed of 30
WPM
High school diploma or equivalent
Flexibility to work a 40-hour work week during various shifts
