Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Benefit Plan Configuration
Analyst to analyze and implement complex benefit design
requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Design and implement benefit coding change requests with high
accuracy
Manage less standardized plan design concepts and facilitate
internal and client communications
Coordinate responses to audits and ensure compliance with benefit
configuration processes
Required Qualifications and Education
2+ years of experience in benefit plan configuration/analysis
Experience with adjudication processes and analyzing benefit plan
design
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including
Excel
Understanding of prescription benefits
Bachelor's degree or a combination of education and work experience
may be considered
